Due to the explosive growth in our industry, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Rep that is looking for the vehicle to take present skills to the next level and work in an industry that is constantly growing and evolving.

The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for developing relationships with customers by providing quotes, sending samples, visual sales aids and making outbound sales calls to aid their territory Sales Rep with their assigned customer base. The Inside Sales Rep must develop a thorough knowledge of Gold Bond’s products and services and needs to be able to assist sales representatives to increase overall sales and cultivate relationships with the assigned accounts.

• Field incoming calls from new and existing customers
• Develop strong working relationships with clients within Territory that includes the Sales Representative, Client Relations Specialist, Credit rep and other internal departments to grow sales
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers via email communication
• Provide creative solutions or products to both internal/external customers
• Support customer social media needs with materials and an active presence
• Position Gold Bond products to address the competitors strategies, capabilities, and pricing
• Understand the customer internal processes and offer improvement solutions
• Spend a large portion of the day making outbound calls to customers in their territory to talk about current “hot topics” or conduct follow up calls on samples and past orders.

• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Promotional products industry sales preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic math fluency is required.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with a sense of urgency.
• Effective time management, conflict resolution, decision-making skills required.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty in an entrepreneurial manner.
• Thrive in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to spot trends in competitors, markets, economic conditions and to identify opportunities for new product lines for specific clients.
• Proficient in G-Suite Services.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
